I am not a fan of obnoxiously loud exhausts. Fortunately my new one is not one of those!

The ZX-6R in stock form was very quiet. I went with a Hindle exhaust because they are local (yay Canada!), are priced well, and I had one on my 400R and loved it. It has a growl and sounds just different enough from all the 2 Bros and Yoshis that a lot of sportbikes have on them.

Are you doing a fuel controller?

Not as of yet. It’s just a slip-on and the primary purpose was to change the sound. I may pick one up if the price is right...

Oh ok. I know dobeck performance does a package. I am getting a an ixil exhaust with the dobeck controller all in for $760 for my fz 07. My bike is so quiet is almost embarrassing.

If you can get a kit from a distributor that’s a good way to go IMO. There’s only so much you can learn from forums. I’m not very familiar with Ixil but are you getting one of their exhausts with the dual tips? I think that’ll look really nice on your FZ.

Yeah the dual tip is the one in going for.
